Image IQ recently had the privilege of photographing the newly completed flats at the top of Court Road in Bridgend, a project undertaken by Valleys to Coast Housing Association. This development represents a significant addition to the local housing landscape, providing much-needed, high-quality homes and contributing to the revitalization of the area.
Our task was to capture the essence of these new flats, showcasing their modern design, comfortable living spaces, and positive impact on the community. We focused on:
- Exterior Appeal: Photographing the building’s exterior, highlighting its architectural features and how it integrates into the surrounding environment. We wanted to convey a sense of welcome and belonging.
- Interior Comfort: Showcasing the well-designed interiors of the flats, emphasizing the spaciousness, natural light, and modern amenities. We aimed to capture the feeling of a comfortable and inviting home.
